In the exclusive lounge, fans will find free home-brewed beer and wine, as well as a variety of dishes and drinks available for purchase.

The Figueroa Club is an extensive club with plenty of space for rest and recreation. The club itself is located behind the places that are in the center of the field along the eastern sideline. The bar is fully stocked, as well as craft craft beer and local Los Angeles specialties.

Field Club

The field club at Banc of California is the most luxurious place in the whole stadium. There is plenty of space to relax with a huge bar located in the middle. Meals are served buffet style, and all homemade beer and wine are also included on your ticket.

The places themselves are also impressive along the western sideline at the benches. Speaking of benches, watch from the inside of the club as the players enter the field, walking straight from their changing rooms.

Family zone

Section 120 is labeled Family Zone in HR lines.

Supporters

The support section is located in section 102-106 at the north end of the stadium. In these sections, there are rail seats that allow fans to stand shoulder to shoulder while cheering on their favorite team.

Where to buy tickets?

The Banc of California box office is located in the northwestern corner of the stadium and is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Hours are extended to meet the needs of specific events. For ticket information, visit https://www.lafc.com/tickets.

Like most organizations today, the price of a game at a BOC stadium depends on various factors, the night of the week, and the opponent. For the game against LA Galaxy expect to pay a huge price. Otherwise, ticket prices start at $ 20 for a total admission of up to $ 147 for seats along the sideline.

When considering the cost of parking, if you decide to drive ($30), the LAFC exit can be on the steep side. After the first year of the success of the football club LAFC, the organization does not lose time on price increases in season.

How to get there?

Banc of California Stadium is located in a historic exhibition park. It is conveniently located near the intersection of highways 110 and 10, and can be reached via the recently expanded Metro Expo line.

Banc of California Stadium is located about three miles southwest of downtown Los Angeles and is easily accessible via the 110 highway. 110 can have one of the worst traffic during the week, however, Metro has a high-speed tram, Line Exhibition, which has a stop a few minutes walk from the venue. Access to the Expo Line is possible from points serving Santa Monica, the western part of Los Angeles, to the city center. Metro also offers several bus lines that run through the neighborhood.

Directions by subway

Banc of California Stadium is easily accessible via the Metro Expo Line at Expo Park/USC Station.

From USC Expo Park/Station, follow Kinsey Drive or Victory Walk to South Colosseum Drive in the direction of Bank of California Stadium.

To the line of the Metro subway can be easily reached if the drive to the 7th Street/Metro Center in downtown Los Angeles to the metro lines Red/Purple, and from the station P PPI to Blue Metro Line. Fans using the Metro Gold Line, can easily go to the station Union lines to the Metro Red/Purple for connection to the Expo Line.

Parking

This season we have partnered with ParkWhiz to make parking matches easier than ever. Pre-buy your package online to lock convenient parking at the stadiumBanc of California for each match.

  • Reserved parking in the areas closest to the stadium;
  • Digital parking misses all 17 home games.

Limited availability — book now before they sell out.

Unlike Rams or the USC football games, because of the small capacity, the parking space for LAFC games is enough, although it is expensive at $30. The back door before the game is limited to the area along the Christmas tree alley.

Inside, the hall passes through the entire hall, which allows fans to stroll and explore the extensive restaurants in the stadium before the match or during breaks in action.

Where to eat?

Most restaurants offer a local flavor. Some of the items on offer are the Beer Belly Beast Surrey Beer, Kalbi Pork Sausage from Seoul, Rust Nacho Pete and Bludso’s BBQ Bread Sandwich, a favorite among locals.

Local and premium adult beverages are available at several booths, as well as Coca-Cola carbonated drinks.

Atmosphere

One word… LOUD. From the moment you come in modern sports facility in Los Angeles, the atmosphere is at a feverish level as the stadium fans sing and shoutlong before the start of the match. The crowd is a great mix of fans and newcomers to the sport, led by 3252, the Union of Independent LAFC Supporters. Starting from the back gate of the game until the ninetieth minute, the passion continues without interruption, as the fans demonstrate their endless passion throughout the match.

Neighborhood

Located on the grounds of the Exposition Park, in addition to the back door of the game, which is allowed along the Christmas Tree Lane, the Museum of Natural History, the California African American Museum and the California Science Center are located on the grounds of the Exposition Park. If you plan to arrive early, you can visit two of the three museums before the match. If you decide to visit two museums on the same day, I would recommend visiting the African American Museum in California before visiting any of the two other museums.

Not far from the site is a plot along Figueroa Street, known as Figueroa Corridor. This site revitalized part of Figueroa Street, leading to the center of Los Angeles, lining the street with townhouses, mainly intended for students at nearby USC, as well as various eateries.

If you want more than just a typical choice of fast food, LA Live is just 10 minutes from Banc of California Stadium, where you will find more varied dishes — fromcasual to high-end restaurants.

The fans

If you have such an opportunity, sit down, um, stand up among 3252 at the north end. 3252 consists of several groups of supporters who contribute greatly to the highly charged atmosphere in the whole room. Although 3252 is self-controlled, this passionate group of fans, perhaps the most passionate of all the teams in Los Angeles, does not hide their passion by encouraging flags, banners, drums and singing rally songs of various groups. This is a party area that, despite its passionate and encouraging diversity, welcoming all types of fans, from casual to football novices and even children, this party area is not for the faint of heart. This is undoubtedly the loudest section in the institution and some of its traditions, in particular, in the Spray Zone 3252, where beer and water throws are a proud tradition, provided that cups, bottles, cans or other garbage are not thrown away.

The level of enthusiasm is felt throughout the room, as the fans quickly heat up to the LAFC, regularly filling stands in each competition.

Additionally

For the organization of the first year, do not expect too many additions, such as the Great Wall of Fame LAFC and other great moments. In its time, LAFC will develop its history at the BOC stadium.

BOC Stadium offers its share of premium club seats for the elite, but the maximum experience is really in the stands, where all the energy. If you have a chance, sit down or in this case stand in the North End and be part of the atmosphere, regardless of whether you belong to any of the support groups.

Design

The capacity of the stadium is 22 000 people. The stadium area is 34 degrees, which makes it one of the coolest in the MLS. The nearest seats are 12 feet from the field, and all the seats are within 135 feet of the field. It includes 125,000 square feet (11,600 m 2 ) of walkways and areas open to the public. The stadium also haspress boxes with a fountain.

At the northern end of the land is a group of supporters “3252”, named for the number of places in the section of safe standing. It was built at an angle of 34 degrees and has inclined handrails that are similar to those used on a roller coaster. In the central part of the stand there is a removable stage for use during concerts and other events outside the sport. At the top of the North End is a support panel, access to which is possible only from section 3252.

The northeastern part of the stadium was designed so that it was open to capture the skyline in downtown Los Angeles and the San Gabriel mountains. Members of the media in the corner press box have one of the best viewpoints to look into the “keyhole”.

The roof is covered with 180,000 square feet (18,000 m 2 ) of ETFE film. The field is 8000 square meters (8000 m 2 ) of improved Bermuda grass.

Five percent of the stadium’s parking spaces have electric vehicle charging stations and 20% of infrastructure ready for electric vehicles. The Tadion has 440 planned parking spaces for bicycles and a cycle path to the stadium as part of the My Figueroa project. The stadium is a LEED Silver-certified building.

History

The Los Angeles Times reported that the team chose the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena to build a modern 22,000-seat stadium for the MLS at the Exposition Park worth $250 million. The group estimates that the project will create 1,200 temporary full-time jobs in the city and 1,800 full-time jobs, which will bring $2.5 million in annual tax revenues. It is expected that the environmental impact report, arena demolition and stadium construction will take three years and delay the team debut.

Los Angeles City Council approved the stadium, clearing the way for the construction of the stadium.

The foundation-laying ceremony was held on August 23, 2016. At the event, which was attended by the owners and construction crews, LAFC announced the conclusion of an agreement to grant the right to the name of the stadium for a period of 15 years with the Banc of California stadium. The demolition of the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena began shortly after construction began and was completed by October 2016.

Opening

The first public event at the stadium was an open training and dedication ceremony, held on April 18, 2018. The club’s first match was played on April 29 againstSeattle Sounders, with the hosts winning 1–0. The lonely goal was scored by Laurent Siman in stoppage time in front of a crowd of 22 thousand people.
