Post Office Road/Millennium Stadium (Featherstone)
Post Office Road (also known as the Millennium Stadium for sponsorship purposes) is a rugby league ground in Featherstone, near Pontefract, West Yorkshire, England. It is the home of rugby league club Featherstone Rovers.

North Stand
The North Stand or Railway End, after originally being terracing, was replaced in 2014 with seated stands. The North-East corner houses the scoreboard.
East Stand
The Eastern side of the ground has two covered seated stands. The main stand on the halfway line houses bars and toilets while towards the Northern end of the ground, the smaller stand was erected in 2014 after it was relocated from Scarborough’s McCain Stadium. To the Southern end of the stand there is a small amount of uncovered terracing.
South Stand
The South Stand or Post Office Road End is located behind the goal posts and is open terracing. Terrace houses overlook behind the stand and people have been known to sit on the roofs and watch games.
West Stand
The West Stand is the Main Stand in the ground. It contains covered seating, where the TV gantry is and a small amount of uncovered terracing towards the South end of the ground. Towards the North end of the ground is the hospitality building which is connected to the main stand and also houses the changing rooms.
Where to buy tickets?
Ticket prices for Featherstone Rovers matches are rather convoluted, with matches categorized depending on the opposition, different areas of the ground costing different amounts, your age playing a further part in how much you’ll be charged.
If you’d like to see Featherstone Rovers play then your best bet for tickets is the club’s official website. If you’d prefer then you can also buy tickets over the phone by calling the club’s ticket office. In the case of some matches, you might be able to buy tickets by visiting the ticket office.
All Featherstone Rovers Season Ticket Holders can gain entry for just £10 at the turnstiles upon production of a valid Season Ticket, whilst Junior Season Ticket Holders are free.
How to get there?
The Stadium is situated just off Post Office Road, there is ample free parking and it is easily accessible by car or foot.
Major road links M62, M1 and A1 are just a short drive away and rail/ bus can be accessed by a short 5 min walk to the station/ stop.
Facilities
As well as conferences, the venue can be used for a variety of other events. This includes weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, Christmas parties and corporate banquets, so if you have any of these events on the horizon, the LD Nutrition Stadium is the ideal venue.
The Legends Suite has a number of benefits. These include: wifi connection, multiple TV screens, car parking, plenty of room and a seating capacity of up to 150 people, with more room available for standing.
Accessibility
At Featherstone Rovers, disabled supporters who are wishing to go to Featherstone Rovers matches on a match-by-match basis must pay the full and appropriate admission charge, according to age for which the application is made.
They will be entitled to a free ‘Carer Ticket’ for any match for which they pay an admission charge.
To be eligible for the free ‘Carer Ticket’ you must bring relevant proof that you are in receipt of a Carer Component in the Disability Living Allowance for each match attended.
The above also applies to away supporters.
Appropriate proof of disability must be included if applying in advance to the LD Nutrition Stadium.
Disabled supporters should currently be in receipt of either the Higher-Medium rate Mobility or Higher Care Components of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) OR P.I.P.
Disabled Supporters will also need to submit copies of the DLA or PIP.
There’s also a large amount of disabled car parking spaces available.
History
The ground opened in 1904 and has been used by the club since their formation in 1908. In 2011, fans bought stands from the defunct Scarborough F.C.’s McCain Stadium and erected them at the railway end of the ground, replacing the terracing.
