Afganistan – Bangladesh

Tip: Afganistan

100$ –> 153$

Cricket. One Day International

Beginning November 6th at the Sharjah Cricket Ground, Afghanistan and Bangladesh are scheduled to square off in an ODI three-series. Despite having played only a few ODI matches recently, this series is an interesting challenge for both teams.

Fueled by their recent victory over South Africa, Afghanistan is set to bring the same winning spirit to the Sharjah Cricket Ground. Their stellar performance against a formidable opponent has not only boosted their confidence but also set the stage for a dominant display.

Conversely, Bangladesh last had ODI cricket in March. Their performance can suffer from their longer gap from the 50-over pattern. Their success, however, could depend on their seasoned players.

While spinners typically dominate the middle overs, the Sharjah surface is a game-changer, favoring batters. A score of 250 or more could make the chase a daunting task, adding an element of unpredictability and excitement to the game.

Projected playing XIs:

Afghanistan: Aman Ghazanfar, Nangeyalia Kharote, Fazalhaq Farooqi, Azmatullah Omarzai, Mohammad Nabi, Rashid Khan, Ikram Alikhil (wk), Riaz Hassan, Rahmanullah Gurbaz (c).

Bangladesh: Tanzid Hasan; Soumya Sarkar; Nazmul Hossain Shanto (c); Towhid Hridoy; Mahmudullah; Mushfiqur Rahim (wk); Mehidy Hasan Miraz; Rishad Hossain; Taskin Ahmed; Shoriful Islam; Mustafizur Rahman.
Principal Participants:

Rahmanullah Gurbaz is dangerous because of his aggressive batting approach as the Afghan opener.

Rashid Khan: The world-class leg-spinner can change the game with his extraordinary bowling.

Considering its current form, recent triumph against South Africa, and the home advantage of playing in Sharjah, Afghanistan is expected to win the opening ODI.
