The last draw of the Nations League ended with England’s rather shameful relegation to the B League. This clearly demonstrates the attitude of the national team to the tournament, although it is obvious that the team wants to return to their usual positions. After two starting rounds, the Three Lions have two clear victories over Ireland and Finland. Not the most difficult opponents, but the points are taken as confidently as possible and with a huge lead.
The Greek national team tries to perform quite closed and pragmatic, and, admittedly, they can do it. It is in the defensive lines that the main strength of the team. These skills were clearly demonstrated at the start of the Nations League. The team did not allow to create exactly nothing at their goal: Ireland and Finland did not even manage to score 0.5 xG.
