British fighter Phil de Fries has shown a clear affinity for the Polish promotion, having participated in tournaments in various Polish cities for the past six years. Just one year after his debut, he secured the title of heavyweight champion of the league.
He has successfully defended his title nine times, with most of his fights ending in early finishes. The only time he defended his title by decision was in February, when he faced off against an American opponent and the fight ended in a draw, allowing him to retain his championship belt.
Currently, Serbian fighter Darko Stosic holds the top spot in the organization’s heavyweight rankings. With a background in the UFC, Stosic has proven himself to be a skilled and experienced fighter, winning four consecutive fights leading up to the title match, with the last three ending in first-round knockouts.
