Puckline

How to understand PuckLine?

What does PuckLine mean in betting shops?

PuckLine is a bet with a handicap for a match in ice hockey.

Among the foreign players in betting shops, the slang expression PuckLine, meaning bet on the odds of one of the teams, is common. This term is used only for ice hockey matches. For example, Ottawa plays with Montreal, and the player bet PuckLine on Ottawa’s win with a handicap (-1.5) and the odds of 1.85. With a bet of $100 and an Ottawa victory with a difference of two goals or more, the winnings will be $185. In addition to the standard odds, you can take additional odds, for example, -2.5.
